Lately

Lately
Time has gone away
I used
To have the time to play
Now the day just
seems to pass me by
Now I have
no time to wonder why

 Lately
I seem to move too fast
There’s no way to  
make the moments last
Like a blur
But still I ‘ve got no time,  
Life’s unfair
But still we walk the line 

 Lately
Can’t seem to find my place
Feel like I
Have too much in the race
I can’t keep from
Coming on too strong
Can't even tell
Just what I’m running from
